Two major highways run north and south through Herculaneum, Interstate Highway 55 and U.S. Highway 61/67. Both are intersected by the Herculaneum Spur (McNutt Street). Interstate 55 links St. Louis to Chicago and points east as well to Memphis, Tennessee and beyond to the south. The I-55 corridor is the lifeline of the area and Herculaneum has commercial and industrial land available for development around the interchange serving the city. Herculaneum has a Commuter Parking Lot located at Herculaneum Spur adjacent to I-55. |
