The City of Herculaneum works to provide you the best possible service. We are pleased to offer you a new service — Point and Pay.

Now you can have the convenience of making your utility payment online through a safe and secure website payment process.

To use Point and Pay, you will need to have your bill available which will have the following things you will need:

Your five (5) digit account number.
(upper right corner of the bill)

Your PIN number
(located just below your account number)

If your bill contains a reconnect fee or your account requires reconnection, you MUST contact the City of Herculaneum Water Department office to have your service restored.  This cannot be done with the online Utility bill payment system.

Online Utility Bill Payments – Overview:

CLICK HERE to pay your bill if you’ve already read the material below and have your account number and PIN number.

A convenience fee of 3% of the payment amount or a minimum of $2.00 will be applied to your total.

The new bill payment pages will look different, because we are now using a secure central payment processing website powered by BS&A Software. This site is used by a wide variety of counties and municipalities for utility payments.

Enter the account number from your bill in one of the search boxes.

Double check that the information is for the correct address!

Enter the PIN number for the account and click SUBMIT to view the balance due. Enter the payment amount and click MAKE PAYMENT.

The payment form is pre-populated with the customer name and address. Please ensure that the billing address is the same as the credit card information. DO NOT CHANGE THE UTILITY ACCOUNT NUMBER.

Enter the Payment information and click CONTINUE to process the payment.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your payment to post.
